Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on www.heritagekosh.com (the "Site"), operated by HeritageKosh.

Order Processing Time

Once payment is received and confirmed, your order is packed and dispatched within 48 working hours. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery across India: 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
Remote, rural and North-East locations, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar: up to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Typical total time from order placement to delivery: 4–7 business days.

Bulk orders, made-to-order and handcrafted items may require additional restocking or manufacturing time. In such cases we will inform you of the revised dispatch date by email or phone within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Delivery timelines are estimates from the date of dispatch and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, strikes or other force majeure events.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

Order Tracking

A tracking number and courier details are shared with you by email and/or SMS as soon as your consignment is handed over to the courier partner. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

We ship through reputed premium courier services. The courier partner is selected based on your delivery pin code to ensure the fastest possible service.

We currently ship across India. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us before placing your order.

Undelivered or Returned Consignments

If a consignment is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or because the recipient was unavailable after three delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Please inspect your parcel on delivery. If the package is damaged or tampered with, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so that we can resolve the issue promptly. Please also refer to our Refund Policy.
